Quantum Engineering was established in Toronto, Canada, in 1990 and expanded its operations to Egypt’s Red Sea region in 1996. Since then, the company has developed multidisciplinary capabilities covering environmental consultancy, marine surveying, marine engineering and design, contracting, underwater operations, aquaculture, environmental training, and specialized marine products. Our approach is based on understanding the marine environment as a complete system — bringing engineering, environmental responsibility, constructability, and long-term performance together from the beginning of every project.
